Nature always features highly on my list of subject matter and I enjoy the process of taking photographs that form a reference for works that often take off in their own direction as my imagination comes into play. 

In the year to come my plan is to continue with a body of work with the working title 'Still Waters' exploring lakes and inlets and the reflections that decorate the surfaces at different times.

I also have an inclination to return to Kangaroo Valley to revisit the misty landscape that once influenced  so many of my paintings.

Looking  forward to beginning the year with a soft defused colour pallet.
